3. RELATIONSHIPS: We become like the people we spend time with.

- STORY: Is there a story that I am telling myself about myself that is not true?
- HABIT: Is there a habit that you see in my life that is not helpful?
- RELATIONSHIP: Is there a relationship that I am in that may not be the best?
