Message Notes

6 | Galatians 1

"Free" | September Message Series on the Book of Galatians

Every one of us is searching for freedom in some way - freedom from burdens, shame, guilt, and expectations of others. Lots of things in our lives make promises to give freedom, but the problem is that they can’t deliver on those promises. Jesus came to give us true freedom, and He always delivers on all of His promises. Through this September series in the Book of Galatians, we’re learning how to avoid the traps of the world and the enemy that leads to bondage and seeking to understand what true freedom looks like through Jesus alone.

Season 2 Episode 6 of Unschooled and Ordinary discusses the Book of Galatians and staying true to the Gospel.

  4. Read Galatians 1:13-24. In Galatians 1:13-24, Paul shares his personal testimony. How does his story highlight the transforming power of the Gospel?
  5. Read Galatians 2:1-10. How does the community of believers play a role in helping us stay true to the Gospel, as seen in Galatians 2:1-10?
